1. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
2. Enclose a letter with a good phone number, your name, the rink's name, why the item is being returned and what you want us to do (repair, replace, etc. 3. We cannot accept boxes that have been marked. Please wrap them before shopping. 4. We cannot accept skates that have already been mounted. To protect yourself we encourage ou to get at least a deposit from the customer before placing orders for mounted outfits. 5. 20% restocking fee on all returned items. 6. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 7. You must get authorization over the phone before returning anything. 8. We can not guarantee the sale of products. 9. The final say on any defective return is up to the individual manufacturer of the product, not us. Most manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace defective products, and also limit the length of the warranty. In addition, Reidell and Bont request that all defects be shipped directly to them (not to us).
We will contact the customer and give them an update on availability, which could be a choice of picking out another product, refund or wait for the backorder to come in.
Upon receipt of order products are shipped same day or next day. Shipping and handling will be UPS ground shipping. To see the shipping rate table, On Foreign customer we will need to ship Post Office Ground. Handling charge is added per order. Do you offer Rush Deliveries? In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contactus@ccpskates.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs but would be an extra charge. Sales Tax rate of 6.5% for orders placed within Minnesota.
Damaged Goods Policy is that product must be returned within 30 days by calling, having a copy of the invoice in hand and getting an authorized request label to return
